Getting into the Action: Rotations across key areas like Stations, Control, and Traincrew to build a solid understanding of operations.
Customer & Commercial Insight: Learn how we put passengers first with Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Strategy.
Big-Picture Thinking: Work on Finance, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Delivery to see how it all fits together.
Leadership Development: Hone your skills with targeted training to prepare you for the challenges ahead.

 

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for curious, ambitious, and forward-thinking soon to be or recently graduates ready to take the lead and make a difference.

 

You’ll need:

Due to complete or recently completed your undergraduate bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record.
A passion for leadership, problem-solving, and driving innovation.
Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to embrace challenges head-on.
