We’re looking for a highly organized PMO Coordinator to join a growing transformation team within a leading organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in supporting a portfolio of complex IT initiatives, ensuring governance, visibility, and delivery success.

 

 

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting portfolio governance, standards, and reporting processes
Designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages

Tracking project performance, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives

Preparing high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights for senior leadership

Coordinating project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements

Assisting with financial tracking, resourcing, and planning activities

Acting as the key point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO

 

 

 

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment
Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and engaging for users.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Familiarity with PMO tools and portfolio systems (e.g., MS Project, Power BI)

Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)

A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams

 

 

 

📌 Contract Details:

6-month rolling contract

Up to £300 per day – Inside IR35

Hybrid working model (1-2 days per week in Fareham office)
