Our client is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in Exeter.

Our client is one of the largest independent site investigation specialists in the UK. They work in a wide variety of sectors including utilities, industrial and commercial, highways and rail infrastructure, contaminated land redevelopment, onshore and offshore energy and environmental.

The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a friendly team of site investigation specialists across the country as a Geotechnical Engineer, working out of the Exeter office. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable, personable and have experience within the relevant field. The role involves undertaking fieldwork supervision, soil and rock logging, and factual report writing.

Requirements of the role:

·Be suitably qualified and have experience in the relevant field.
·Is enthusiastic and keen to learn.
·Able to create spreadsheets and other documents for effective reporting, communication and record-keeping.
·Hold a full UK driving licence.
