Engineering Apprentice, X3 Vacancies, Aylesbury
New apprentices will start work this September, based in Aylesbury, with an initial full time college course followed by a mix of work and day release to college. The initial training is undertaken in Aylesbury but apprentices have the opportunity to later base their training in North West London.
Role Resonsibilities:
Undertake an agreed programme of study together with practical training to obtain the qualifications and experience necessary to become part of the skilled engineering staff at the completion of their apprenticeship
Ensure and maintain the health, safety and welfare of themselves and others in the workplace
Complete all necessary documentation for qualifications and additional peripheral but relevant qualifications necessary for competence within the LWE crane engineering environment
Follow a set rotation and training plan in the workplace
Person Specification:
GCSE grade C’s in maths, English and science
An interest in train maintenance
Enthusiasm
Reliable
