Electrical Fitter

We are looking for level 3 / experienced electrical fitters to join our rail maintenance and upgrades client in Milton Keynes.

They have 2 projects currently running – refresh programmes on both British class 150 and 156 trains. They have successfully built a team of mechanical VBs who have started working on these projects, but the client needs 2 x electricians who have experience in overhaul / stripout / rewiring of passenger trains.

We can pay a taxable expense for each day worked, for candidates travelling over 50 miles for this work

50+ hours a week available working early shifts (6am-4pm)

– We will have to put you through a medical, drugs and alcohol test, HAVS assessment and lung function test prior to starting with our client. Total cost of around £260.

Candidates holding C&G or NVQ in electrical engineering / wiring and hold a few years / projects experience in electrical wiring on rolling stock would be ideal.
