Overview
We require a Duty Manager to provide supervision of customer facing operations on an ad hoc basis. This position will include some weekends and bank holidays. It is expected that this role will consist of 5-10 days per month.

Duties

  • Ensure Front of House staff are briefed with details of the day’s activities and events
  • Answer queries from Front of House staff
  • Deal with urgent site issues
  • Deal with face-to-face customer queries
  • Act as primary First Aider (training will be provided as necessary)
  • Organise additional tasks for FOH staff as necessary, organise lunch cover etc

Requirements

  • First class customer-facing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.81 per hour
