The Operations Training Manager will:
Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring that training meets our operational standards
Utilise knowledge of training styles and techniques to develop a range of training suitable for all learning styles to maximise learning capacity
Maintain course admin such as training records and assessments. Then monitoring training results through feedback and audits.
Ensure great customer experience is encouraged and embedded within training
Assist with Learning and Development Projects in order to support business change and growth plans
Maintain competence as appropriate to role.

You should be able to inspire people to be at their best and be committed to delivering a training experience that is second to none
It is essential that you have a background within a train guard role
Previous experience of delivering training is desirable
A1 qualification is desirable but training can be provided for the right candidate
Able to work on their own and able to use own initiative.
This is estimated to be a 12-month secondment but can be shortened at any time.
This role is based in Derby campus.
An outstanding internal opportunity has arisen to join our Learning and Development Team on secondment as an Operations Training Manager, playing a key role in the design and delivery of professional training programs.
