Practical, hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a complex or regulated environment.
A proven track record of negotiating, securing, and managing high-value supply contracts.
Demonstrated ability to extract maximum value from the supply base through performance management and strategic sourcing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
Good technical writing skills and experience developing and maintaining procedures in line with ISO 9001 standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI — with the ability to analyse and present data effectively.
Experience or knowledge of railway rolling stock and related technical systems is highly desirable.
