Your future role: 

The Finance Director (Nomad) plays a pivotal role as a member of the Executive Committee, offering strategic financial leadership and guidance across the global Nomad business. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, transparent financial information and performance KPIs to both the Executive Committee and the wider organisation, enabling informed decision-making.

 

We’ll look to you for: 

Executive Committee member for the Nomad business, providing financial guidance and strategy
Responsible for the integrity of the Project Financial Information & Performance; ensuring quality and timely information is delivered for all of the global Nomad business
Drive the Nomad 5-year strategic plan and provide relevant and accurate financial indicators to assess performance
Validate Nomads budget, 3 Year Plan, Rolling Forecast, Reporting
Evaluate and approval of all financials for Nomad Bid process
Develop strategic Action plans in order to optimise performance and implement corrective actions for Project performance, Budget adherence, and key KPIS
Provide Alstom with accurate Origin and Destination reporting
Ensure Adherence to Nomad and Alstom DOA
Lead and develop the Nomad Finance team and its Processes
Manage the Nomad Cash position, optimised internal and external financial flows and Capital optimisation exercises.
