We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our team, bringing creativity, precision, and a passion for design.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for artworking and applying our brand across a variety of media, ensuring every detail is spot-on. You’ll play a key role in the creative process from start to finish—collaborating with the team to develop fresh ideas and effective solutions for our stakeholders.
As a true Brand Ambassador, you’ll champion brand consistency across all EMR touchpoints, helping to bring our brand to life. You’ll also work independently when needed, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, and supporting the Brand Manager in delivering our brand strategy and plan.
Main responsibilities include:
Create impactful content – Deliver consistently high-quality visual assets for Marketing, Internal Communications, and other EMR departments, ensuring every piece is on-brand and engaging.
Bring ideas to life – Develop a wide range of creative concepts, select the strongest, and present them confidently to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate and inspire – Foster a supportive, creative environment within the Brand and Design Team, encouraging idea-sharing and innovation.
Keep everyone informed – Communicate progress clearly with management and stakeholders, providing timely updates on key project milestones.
Stay ahead of the curve – Monitor industry trends, anticipate competitor activity, and share valuable insights to help the team maintain a competitive edge.
Guide the creative process – Provide direction and oversight to ensure consistency and alignment with brand strategy from concept to completion.
Champion the brand – Follow established sign-off processes to ensure every design reflects our brand vision and guidelines.
Manage artwork production – Oversee final output to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and quality across all touchpoints.
Skills Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a brand or graphic designer, with a proven track record and experience working effectively as part of a design team.
Strong understanding of both print and digital design processes, including web, email, digital advertising, and social media.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with Adobe After Effects, HTML5, 3ds Max, and Corona is desirable but not essential.
Interest in developing 3D design skills is highly valued.
Excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and actively supports colleagues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present and explain creative ideas to stakeholders.
Basic understanding of marketing principles to inform design decisions.
A degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in one of the following fields is recommended;
Graphic Design
Graphic Communication Design
Graphic Branding and Identity
Design / Brand Management
Visual Communication
Digital Design (including UX/UI)
Brand Design
Art and Design
Illustration.
