Proven experience in a senior commercial or contract management role, ideally within a technical or engineering services environment.
Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles, including contract law, negotiation, and business performance reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive profitable growth through effective contract and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience working with both internal and external customers to resolve complex issues and align business objectives.
Ideally degree-qualified in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent commercial experience).
