As our Project Manager (Fencing), you will be responsible for:
· Coordinating and leading project review meetings with key stakeholders, reporting delivery milestones, deliverables, resource, budget, risks and quality management, etc.
· Manage/coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to provide safe delivery of quality end-product with minimum risk to the environment
· Assist the preparation of PQQs, bids/tenders, including accurate pricing, cost control, etc. to ensure commercial success
· Lead operational aspects of projects to include: CPP’s (Construction Phase Plans), QMP’s (Quality Management Plans), EMP’s (Environmental Management Plans), & SWP’s (Safe Working Procedures)
· Act as Responsible Manager and CRE for projects.
To be successful as our Project Manager (Fencing), we would ideally like you to have the following skills/experience:
· Demonstrable/lived experience within the Civils sector
· Proven experience managing and tracking contracts from tender through to completion
· Thorough understanding of and experience in CRE roles and SHEQ duties
· Recognised site safety management course (SMSTS) or equivalent
· Success managing delivery teams
· Experience in contract and subcontract commercial management
· Significant knowledge of project management principles, methods and tools
· Excellent understanding and application of HSE practices
