Role
Experienced E&P CRE required to oversee works on a major rail project.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Management of the requirements of NR/L2.INI/02009 and all other relevant standards.
Confirm the competence and availability of resources to be employed/deployed on the project.
Confirm that the discipline construction complies with all applicable standards, legislation, contract requirements and specifications.
Ensure that all design production and checking has been completed and documented.
Prior to commencement of construction, ensure that the CEM has certified and issued permission to commence construction covering all aspects of construction works to be undertaken.
Any deviations from the certified design are recorded and managed with the CEM in accordance with the requirements
Ensure that work package plans are produced, checked, approved, and managed in accordance with standards.

Required Experience

HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Electrical Engineering
Extensive Rail E&P experience
CRE Construction
Knowledge of safety regulations such as CDM
SMSTS
PTS
