About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious site

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners
• Must have full UK drivers license
• Have knowledge of COSHH
• Have good eye for detail
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Will be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles and offices within the premises
• Must be able to work well with a team
• Take pride in there work
• Flexible to meet needs of the business
