Backed by cutting edge research and real world success, this exciting company are seeking a talented Senior Application Engineers to lead major initiatives and push the boundaries of what’s possible in intelligent automation!

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in shaping the product and mentoring other developers, all while working closely with teams across the organisation.

This is a high-impact role suited to those who enjoy leading from the front – technically, strategically, and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

– Lead development across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
– Mentor team members
– Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define architecture and technical direction.
– Champion best practices in software design, testing, and maintenance.
– Own technical decisions and deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and performant.
– Develop deep expertise in one or more areas of the tech stack and support others in those areas.

Requirements:

– 3+ years of hands-on industry experience, including leading end-to-end technical projects.
– Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a First or 2:1
– Proven track record of solving complex problems with well-designed, scalable systems.
– Strong experience with backend technologies such as:Node.js
– PostgreSQL
– Redis
– Elasticsearch
– Exposure to Python, Java, or modern frontend frameworks is a bonus.
