Building Services Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a nationwide supplier of facilities maintenance services, delivering expert M&E building services maintenance to the corporate, healthcare, education, retail, transport, and manufacturing sectors across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Services Engineer with commercial gas and boiler qualifications to join their mobile engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

·Carry out servicing, maintenance, and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems and boilers across various client sites.
·Diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions across a range of mechanical and building services systems including HVAC, heating, plumbing, and associated plant.
·Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety regulations and company procedures.
·Complete job reports, risk assessments, and service documentation to a high standard.
·Provide excellent client-facing service and maintain strong relationships on-site.
·Participate in the on-call rota as required.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

·Commercial gas qualifications.
·Proven track record working in a similar mobile building services role.
·In-depth knowledge of commercial boiler systems, heating plant, and associated M&E systems.
·Full UK driving licence.
·Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Desirable:

·Additional qualifications in HVAC, plumbing, or related disciplines.
·Experience working on FM contracts within critical or high-traffic environments.
