Salary: £32,000 – £40,000

Our client, a small and family-friendly independent fostering agency based in Bristol, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker or Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their supportive and close-knit team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly supportive environment with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. You’ll receive therapeutic training and have the chance to work mainly from home while enjoying the benefits of being part of a small, child-focused agency.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a small caseload of foster careers across Bristol and Gloucestershire
Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
Contribute to the therapeutic model of care and ongoing development of the service

Requirements:

Social Work England registration
Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience
Experience in fostering and a strong understanding of current legislation
Ideally experience within a therapeutic environment
