PWay Engineer

Are you a PWay Engineer with experience working on track renewals and enhancements?
 

Do you have experience planning track renewals?
 

This is an excellent opportunity for a PWay Engineer to join a main contractor on the delivery of track renewals and enhancements on a major infrastructure project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in setting out the construction sequence, methodology, writing programmes in Microsoft Project, developing train plans and calculating materials take offs; including spoil and ballast volumes.
Rate: up to £500/day (DOE), Umbrella, Inside IR35
Location: Suffolk
Duration: up to 2 years worth of work
 

Requirements:
·Minimum 2 years of experience working as a PWay Engineer on PWay renewals/ enhancements
·Previous experience planning track renewals
·Previous experience with surveying, setting out, dozing, and tamping on PWay projects
·Previous experience writing programmes in Microsoft Project
·BEng / HNC /HND in Permanent Way / Civil Engineering or equivalent
·Experience using setting out equipment including, total station, GNSS and 3D Trimble
·Valid PTS
·CSCS
