We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Station Team Administrator (Station Team Support) supporting our colleagues and managers at Bath Spa and Chippenham Stations.

This is your chance to play a key role in keeping our stations running smoothly, ensuring frontline teams have everything they need—from uniforms to rosters.

 

What’s the role about?

You’ll be the go-to support for the Station Management team, helping to keep daily operations ticking along. Whether it’s coordinating uniforms, keeping rosters on track, handling purchase orders, or making sure compliance records are up to date, your work will be essential to the station’s success.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Be a visible and approachable presence in the stations, responding to daily queries
Coordinate and manage the distribution of uniforms and PPE
Handle purchase orders and invoice logging for the stations team
Support with local rosters and liaise with payroll
Assist with general admin duties, including minute-taking, documentation, and audit prep
Maintain records, raise faults, and update health & safety notice boards
Book medicals and rules assessments for station colleagues
Ensure station systems and processes are followed and compliant.

 

Who we’re looking for:

An organised, detail-oriented team player with strong administrative experience
Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure
Friendly and professional, able to build strong working relationships across all levels
Discreet, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with confidence

 

Working Hours:

This role is based on a 35-hour working week, with shifts that may vary between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on business needs.
