About the Role
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Barnsley. This is a full-time, office-based position offering an immediate start and ongoing temporary work.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

General administrative support to office and production teams
Answering phones and responding to email enquiries in a professional manner
Data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases
Preparing, filing, and managing documents and reports
Assisting with order processing and tracking as required
Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
Scheduling meetings and supporting diary management
Any other ad-hoc duties to support the team

 

 

The Candidate

Previous administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills with a professional telephone manner
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach
