NEW MANUFACTURING ENGINEER BASED IN ANDOVER.

Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA’s for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical.

We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Andover.  As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering technical support, continuous improvement, and new product introduction (NPI). You’ll work across teams to resolve manufacturing issues, train staff, develop robust processes, and ensure customer specifications are consistently met.

Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Engineer in Andover.

Support engineering projects, data analysis and reporting for project evaluation.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve quality.
Document and review engineering procedures for accuracy and compliance.
Support training needs for production operators and deliver technical training.
Assist with production troubleshooting and re-optimisation of processes.
Assist in root cause investigations (8D), PFMEAs and audit preparation.
Work with maintenance teams on equipment reliability and servicing.

Requirements as a Manufacturing Engineer in Andover.

Minimum: HNC or HND in an engineering or scientific discipline
At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering role
