What you’ll be doing as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer:

You’ll lead continuous improvement projects that directly enhance production flow, layout efficiency, tooling, training, and more. Whether it’s rethinking factory layouts or optimising team performance, your work will help unlock higher productivity and smarter operations.

Drive lean and CI initiatives across manufacturing processes
Lead hands-on projects around layout, tooling, training, and systems
Champion a culture of process improvement across the factory
Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions

What they’re looking for from a Lean Manufacturing Engineer:

Solid manufacturing background
Experience with machining, fabrication, or sheet metal processes
Practical CI/lean tools experience (e.g. 5S, Kaizen etc)
Engineering qualifications are a bonus — attitude and track record matter more
